The majority of these pictures were taken from a Cessna 172 at about 1000 feet. Many of them are of Bald Head Island. This unique barrier island, accessible only by private ferry features the state's oldest standing lighthouse -- Old Baldy! Take a peek -- browse through my photos, maybe you'll see your home! When trying to identify your home, think about special features you can recognize from a bird's perspective. If you see something misclassified, send me an e-mail or leave a comment.
